Station is seeking a Release & Environments Manager to coordinate releases and environments across the IT function. You will work with technical teams, business stakeholders and suppliers to ensure controlled, timely deployments and stable environments.
You will lead readiness, planning and change control while driving continuous improvement of release processes and environment stability within an evolving technology function.
Location: Hybrid, occasional travel to London office once a month
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
An established organisation is looking for a Release & Environments Manager to help strengthen the way technology releases and environments are managed across its IT function.
You'll play a key role in coordinating releases, managing dependencies and ensuring changes are properly planned, tested and delivered with the right controls in place.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of an important area of technology delivery, working closely with technical teams, business stakeholders and external suppliers to improve processes, reduce risk and bring greater consistency to the release lifecycle.
The environment is continuing to evolve, so this role offers genuine scope to shape processes, introduce improvements and help develop a more structured and effective approach to release and environment management.
Experience with release tooling, deployment automation, ITIL, Agile or PRINCE2 would be beneficial.
Experience helping a smaller or developing IT function improve its processes would also be valuable. We're particularly interested in people who can take ownership, bring structure to existing ways of working and make a tangible difference.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing people together, improving how technology changes are delivered and taking ownership of a function with room to develop.
