1. Proven experience in software delivery within regulated environments, with expertise in both on-premises and cloud technologies.
2. Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
3. Growth mindset with a passion for adopting new approaches, emphasizing accuracy and attention to detail to maintain quality.
4. Strong technical engagement skills, understanding decisions and risks related to on-premises and cloud tech.
5. Experience with enterprise project and change management tools, especially Atlassian suite and ServiceNow.
