We're seeking a skilled Release Engineer to join our Infrastructure team and drive the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of our software delivery pipeline. You'll be responsible for designing and maintaining the systems that enable our engineering teams to ship high-quality features quickly and safely to millions of users worldwide.

Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for web applications, APIs, and ML model deployments
  • Orchestrate release processes across multiple environments (staging, production, canary)
  • Implement automated testing, validation, and rollback mechanisms
  • Manage release schedules and coordinate cross-team deployments
  • Monitor and improve build times, deployment speed, and system reliability
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in release engineering, DevOps, or platform engineering
  • Strong experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar)
  • Proficiency with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  • Solid understanding of Linux systems administration
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.)
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, Go)
  • Strong understanding of version control systems (Git)
  • Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, DataDog, or similar)

Our cash compensation range for this role is $180,000 - $230,000.

Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including, experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
Equity: In addition to the base salary, equity may be part of the total compensation package.
