Job description

We welcome people from all walks of life and celebrate individuality. We know diverse minds, experiences and backgrounds help us to learn and better serve our customers and the communities where they live.

We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our Severn Trent Team as aRelationships and Contracts Manager.

This role will be responsible for working with internal stakeholders to positively impact our BR-MeX ODI.Your role will include all aspects of stakeholder interaction with Severn Trent such as working with operational business areas to improve customer processes, analysing customer feedback to identify trends and solutions, ensuring our customers have a reliable and consistent service from us.

If this sounds like you? Then read on...

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW

Your key accountabilities in helping us on our journey will be:

  • Understanding the BR-MeX ODI specifically the B-MeX element
  • Work with our contract partners to maximise delivery and customers satisfaction

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE

We are looking for a candidate who has good communication skills and ideally some experience in working with a range of different people.

You’ll need to be able to build relationships quickly and development networks within Seven Trent to drive true customer change. The successful individual will have strong analytical skills and be able to turn those into action.

Of course, it’s important that we attract the right skill sets, and those with the right experience but we value character, positivity and a caring attitude in equal weight.

We want people who show up and roll their sleeves up. Restless spirits who are ready to be part of something bigger, who care, who really care... because when you really care, you’ll go above and beyond. When you really care you don’t just talk about it, you do more.

We welcome people from all walks of life and celebrate individuality as we know diverse minds, experiences and backgrounds help us to learn and better serve our communities. We employ thousands of people from across our community who really care about what they do. Because that is how we do what we do.

And when it comes to inclusion, we’re making sure we keep up the progress with our wonderful working groups – LGBTQ+, Women in Operations & STEM, Disability and Ethnicity; who help us do just that.

We do more, because we care.
