Qualifications

• 7+ years in Private Banking, Wealth Management, or Private Client Advisory.
• Proven UHNW relationship management and AUM growth.
• Experience delivering bespoke wealth solutions.
• Established UK UHNW network advantageous.
• Qualifications CISI / IAD / Level 4 Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with UHNW clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
• Identify client objectives and deliver tailored investment, banking, lending, and wealth planning solutions.
• Grow client assets under management through proactive engagement.
• Source new business opportunities through networks, referrals, and market activity.
• Partner with internal specialists to deliver holistic and bespoke client solutions.
• Conduct regular client reviews and ensure portfolios align with goals and risk profiles.
• Monitor market developments and communicate opportunities to clients.
• Maintain high standards of client service, regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Contribute to the growth strategy of the private banking team.

Key Requirements:

• 7+ years' experience within Private Banking, Wealth Management, or Private Client Advisory
• Proven track record managing and developing UHNW client relationships
• Demonstrable experience growing assets under management and generating new business
• Strong understanding of investment products, lending solutions, and wealth structuring strategies
• Established network within the UK UHNW market would be advantageous
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Commercially minded with strong business development capabilities
• Relevant industry qualifications such as CISI, IAD, Level 4 Investment Advice Diploma, or equivalent
