WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of your time, at our Plymouth office. The Client Portfolio for this role is predominantly based around Plymouth although there would also be an expectation to travel further afield to meet clients across Devon and occasionally into East Cornwall.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Relationship Manager to join our Trading sectors team in Plymouth as part of the wider Devon and Cornwall team. You'll support a portfolio of SME clients with all their banking needs including lending, deposits, and a wide range of other services. You’ll deliver a great client experience and be the “go to” banker in your geographic area, maintaining a high profile with external influencers and the local business community to achieve the Bank’s aim of being the best bank for clients.
You’ll continually seek to improve professional standards and by being an expert user of colleague tools (e.g. Contact Planner, Working Capital Management Tool & International Trade Portal) you'll help make valuable contributions to clients. You’ll work in partnership with the Client Relationship Team and be responsible for building powerful internal & external networks to bring the whole bank to the client.
