What You’ll Be Doing

As a Relationship Manager – EV Salary Sacrifice, you’ll play a key role in delivering our service to employees in Salary Sacrifice schemes across the UK. Your responsibilities will fall into three core areas:

  • Guide 10–15 employee enquiries per week through the EV Salary Sacrifice journey.
  • Explain the benefits of salary sacrifice in a clear, relatable way.
  • Support clients with car choice, specification, and quoting — all with a consultative, professional approach.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, without compromising on care or detail.

2. Ongoing Relationship Management
  • Stay in touch from first enquiry to delivery and beyond, ensuring clients never feel left behind.
  • Collaborate closely with our in-house Client Services and Experience teams to ensure a smooth, joined-up journey.
  • Build long-term trust that leads to referrals and renewals.
  • Communicate proactively, not reactively, so that clients are never left waiting for answers.
  • Take responsibility for your own growth. We’ll support you every step of the way.
  • Actively contribute to improving our processes and systems.
  • Get involved in team-wide development, daily stand-ups, and ongoing training.
  • Be a key part of our culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone emotionally intelligent, commercially sharp, and passionate about making an impact. You’ll be comfortable with fast-moving conversations and juggling multiple client relationships, and you’ll do it all with care, professionalism, and pride.

You should have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in client-facing roles, ideally in sales, account management, or customer success.
  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal.
  • A genuine interest in electric vehicles and sustainability.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple relationships at once.
  • A proactive approach – you own your work, and your outcomes.
  • Proficiency in navigating multiple online platforms and using various digital tools, including online conferencing (Slack, Trello, Teams, CRM systems, etc), with a willingness to adapt to new technologies.
  • Experience in B2B, automotive, or employee benefits sectors.
  • Familiarity with salary sacrifice schemes or leasing models.
