The Opportunity

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established Bank for a Relationship Manager/Corporate Banking Manager to join their Branch in Stoke on Trent. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of corporate customers, delivering tailored financial solutions, and ensuring exceptional client service standards. You’ll play a key part in business development activities and become a vital link between the Bank and the local business community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and grow a portfolio of corporate clients through strong relationship management.
  • Acquire new business through strategic prospecting and professional networks.
  • Assess creditworthiness and prepare credit applications in line with internal policies.
  • Conduct financial analysis including balance sheets, management accounts, and covenant compliance.
  • Collaborate with branch colleagues to achieve collective business goals.
