Job description

A growing fund administration business is looking for a Client Relationship Manager to work on their Corporate Services (Governance) team based in Jersey.

Reporting to the Senior Client Relationship Manager / Associate Director, the successful applicant will assist in the day-to-day provision of company secretarial services to corporate and fund structures.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the provision of company secretarial services.
  2. Manage client relationships effectively.
  3. Act as a B level Authorised Signatory.

Qualifications:

  1. Extensive company secretarial experience.
  2. Relevant professional qualification (such as ICSA Diploma or equivalent).
  3. Proficient in minute writing.
  4. Strong knowledge of company and partnership laws.
  5. Evidence of full responsibility for a client relationship.
  6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. People management experience.
