Our client, an international bank, is seeking a Relationship Manager, Client Services to oversee their private banking function. The role involves devising, implementing, and contributing to the customer relationship management strategy.

You will strategically and operationally manage and expand a portfolio of high-net-worth clients. As a primary contact for assigned clients, you will monitor client accounts and foster strong relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in business management or a similar qualification, along with a well-established network and a proven track record in Guernsey to support client acquisition and deliver exceptional client service.

Expert knowledge of relevant legislative changes, industry best practices, and proactive stakeholder advice is essential. Previous experience working with high-net-worth clients, financial products, and relevant qualifications are also required.

This is a full-time position, with consideration for flexible hours.
