Roles & Responsibilities
  1. Travel within ROI/NI for client meetings.
  2. Onboard new clients and nurture existing relationships, working closely with presales and UK operations teams.
  3. Present Pinnacle services to prospects and clients, managing expectations.
  4. Maintain clear communication through emails and meetings, providing feedback to production and COE.
  5. Manage customer accounts using CRM tools like Salesforce.
  6. Identify new opportunities through calls and follow-ups.
  7. Represent Pinnacle at trade shows and conferences.
  8. Ensure smooth onboarding and bridge communication between clients and production teams.
  9. Build and monitor client relationships and upcoming projects.
  10. Support project execution by understanding client requirements.
  11. Maintain high standards of communication and work quality.
