RELATIONSHIP MANAGERSalary: £32.5k-£37.5k + £15k performance related bonusLocation: Manchester City Centre - FULLY OFFICE BASEDHours: Mon-Fri (9am-5pm)

Your role:

  • Manage 100 EAP/occupational health clients across the UK and Ireland
  • Build strong partnerships through meetings, calls, and occasional visits
  • Lead onboarding, manage renewals, support tenders, and provide consultancy
  • Generate £10k in upsells and 3 new client wins per quarter
  • Track CRM data and support future propositions via client feedback
