A Relationship Manager with experience in managing banking relationships, you have great verbal and written communication skills and are excited to bring your experience to a scale up and be an integral part of its success.

What you’ll do:

You will be working closely with other Relationship Managers and the Head of Relationships and Business Development this role is key to driving the growth of the overall business and retaining flagstone’s market leading position as the largest cash deposit platform in the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring sufficient capacity from our banking partners: Assisting bank partners with their liability strategy and introducing new distribution channels
  • Promoting additional value-add services to our bank partners.
  • Achieving monthly revenue targets: Driving revenue growth across bank partners and for the overall business, Driving revenue growth from existing bank partners.
  • Achieving marketing leading and exclusive products from bank partners: Lead commercial negotiations with our banking and API partners.
  • Retaining existing partnerships: Building and maintaining relationships with senior level stakeholders within banking partners and across the market.
  • Introducing new partnerships where possible
  • Leading business development opportunities with bank partners.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships across Technology, Product, Operations, Sales and Marketing.

What you’ll bring:

  • Commercial experience in negotiating contracts with senior level stakeholders.
  • Experience of managing banking relationships with senior level stakeholders.
  • Experience of developing and implementing growth strategies to drive new business opportunities.
  • Strong stakeholder management: the ability to influence at all levels of the business.
  • A positive can-do attitude, an eagerness to learn and fail fast.
  • Strong communication skills; making the complex simple and can communicate with a variety of audiences
