We are looking for a Relationship Manager to join us at this exciting stage of our growth as we expand our services and bring new, innovative products to market. In this role, you'll have the support of senior team members, including Senior Relationship Managers, Business Development Managers, Onboarding Managers, Assistants, Implementation Managers, and API Support. This means you can focus on building strong client relationships, learning the industry, and growing your expertise while being guided by experienced professionals.

Please note this is a predominantly office-based role in London which will ask you to come in and collaborate with the team 2-3 days a week.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Nurturing relationships with regulated Financial Institutions through regular calls and meetings, offering innovative and flexible solutions to complex challenges.
  • Proactively identifying upselling opportunities by continuously assessing and recommending the best product fit for your clients in the portfolio.
  • Collaborating closely with our Risk Management and Anti-Money Laundering teams to ensure compliance with regulations and aligning with our risk appetite.
  • Preparing compelling memos based on clients' business models and risk profiles, representing their interests at committees and Management Board meetings.
  • Keeping a pulse on industry trends, remaining at the forefront of the evolving landscape.
  • Serving as a brand ambassador for LHV, representing us at industry events and networking with key stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to occasionally (and rarely) schedule calls outside of regular business hours to accommodate clients from different time zones.
  • Ability to travel occasionally to see clients and attend industry conferences.

Skills And Experience

  • Knowledge and experience within Fintech, banking or the payments Industry.
  • Prior experience of building and cultivating relationships with clients in Banking or Financial Service's.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and good attention to detail.
