Relationship Manager

Location: West London - Sites include Ealing, Hounslow, Harrow, Brent & Barnet

Salary: £31,930 per annum + Benefits

Ingeus is seeking a Relationship Manager to establish, develop, and maximize employer relationships, ensuring suitable vacancies are sourced for and filled by Ingeus participants across the region or contract area.

As a Relationship Manager, you will manage employer relationships, support recruitment, job starts, and promote sustainability on provided vacancies. Regular contact with clients will be essential to foster repeat business.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing employers to generate vacancies for Ingeus participants.
  2. Selling Ingeus recruitment services using marketing and sales tools to source vacancies and job opportunities.
  3. Identifying recruitment needs and ensuring tailored pre-screens and group assessments.
  4. Promoting and agreeing recruitment processes, including web and face-to-face sessions, screening, shortlisting, and job offers.

Requirements:

  1. Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  2. Experience in a target-driven environment.
  3. Understanding of the local employment market.
  4. Ability to present to clients both in person and via digital platforms.
