Job summary

Better Connect Limited in Knaresborough is recruiting a Relationship Manager for its Programmes team. You will manage multiple programmes and act as the main contact for delivery partners, with employer engagement a key activity.

Working closely with other Relationship Managers, you will ensure a high-quality, supportive experience for delivery partners. The role offers flexible hybrid working and requires regular travel within York, North Yorkshire and West Yorkshire.

Qualifications

• Experience of managing employability programmes from implementation to close-down.
• A project management qualification is of particular interest to us.
• Ability to develop strategic employer relationships that create sustainable employment opportunities.
• Strong liaison with delivery partners, funders and stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel regularly across York, North Yorkshire and West Yorkshire.

We want to strengthen our team with a new Relationship Manager joining our Programmes team. The role will manage a number of our programmes and be the main point of contact for delivery partners on those programmes. Employer engagement is also a key activity for managing these programmes. Experience of managing employability programmes from implementation to close-down and a project management qualification are of particular interest to us.
