With a commitment to excellence and a passion for delivering trading technology directly to clients and via our network of strategic partners, we are looking for an Account / Relationship Manager to drive initiatives that support and grow our global network, working closely with internal stakeholders and regional / global teams.

The Company is headquartered in Melbourne, Australia and has support offices in the UK, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Guatemala, and Bahamas.

The Embedded Partnerships Manager will play a pivotal role in the growth and success of Eightcap’s network of Embedded partners. This position requires a strong background in business development, project management, and relationship-building, ideally within the trading and financial services industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of establishing and nurturing long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop & Manage Partnerships: Lead the growth of Eightcap's network of Embedded partners by identifying new opportunities, fostering existing relationships, and expanding partnerships globally.
  2. Business Development: Drive the strategic acquisition of new Embedded partners, aligning with company goals and objectives to enhance Eightcap's market position.
  3. Onboarding Support: Assist in the seamless onboarding of new Embedded partners, ensuring a smooth integration process and alignment with Eightcap’s standards and services.
  4. Account Management: Provide ongoing account management for both new and existing Embedded partners, ensuring their needs are met and value is consistently delivered.
  5. Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of partnership strategies.
  6. Customer Service Excellence: Deliver high levels of customer service to Embedded partners, resolving any issues promptly and ensuring satisfaction.

Who are you?

  1. Proven experience in business development, account or relationship management within the financial services, trading / crypto industry.
  2. Ability to work well within a team, but also autonomously.
  3. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  4. Ability to develop and execute growth strategies that drive revenue and market expansion.
  5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess partnership performance and optimise strategies.
  6. Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements in the APAC region.
  7. Knowledge of crypto, CFD trading products.
