Your key responsibilities
  • Working alongside the existing team to originate new clients from within the private equity ecosystem, leveraging your existing network and creating internal relationships with the relevant financial sponsors coverage teams in the Corporate and Investment Bank.
  • Lead client relationships and support the existing PE client base, delivering tailored wealth management solutions across investments and lending.
  • Delivering our fund finance proposition to financial sponsors.
  • Deliver client revenues, net new assets, and net new lending business in line with the firm's strategy.
  • Act as Accountable Client Owner, ensuring full compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Client (KYC), and regulatory standards.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, regulatory changes, and client-impacting developments relevant to private equity professionals.
Your skills and experience
  • Educated to bachelor's degree level or equivalent qualification.
  • Regulatory certification in the United Kingdom to a level 4 RDR (Retail Distribution Review) minimum or equivalent.
  • Relevant industry experience, ideally working with private equity professionals and financial sponsors.
  • Good understanding of the governing regulatory framework, including but not limited to, applicable confidentiality/ secrecy/ data protection regulations and cross border rules where relevant.
