The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, a client-centric approach, and the enthusiasm to make an immediate impact.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in mid-market lending, with a proven background in structured finance and investment lending. Demonstrated network of contacts, introducers, and KBIs in the £10 million+ lending space. Strong credit analysis skills; experience across various asset classes is advantageous.
