This role involves engaging clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions through self-service resources such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATM. Responsibilities include accurately processing cash transactions and engaging in in-depth conversations to understand clients' financial and life priorities, connecting them to suitable financial solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute the bank's risk culture and strive for operational excellence
  • Build relationships with clients to meet their financial needs
  • Follow established processes and guidelines, adhering to laws and regulations
  • Enhance business knowledge by partnering with experts in various financial areas
  • Manage traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively
  • Drive the client experience
  • Manage cash responsibilities

Required Qualifications:

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in financial services and knowledge of industry products
  • At least one year of successful sales experience with individual sales goals
  • Six months of cash handling experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant associate degree in business or finance
