Description: This role involves engaging clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions via self-service resources such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATM. Key responsibilities include processing cash transactions accurately and efficiently. The job also entails having in-depth conversations with clients to understand their financial and life priorities and connecting them to suitable solutions to meet their financial goals.

Responsibilities:

  3. Follow established processes and guidelines, adhering to all laws and regulations.
  4. Expand business knowledge by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments.
