Job Description:
This role involves engaging clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self-service resources such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATM. Key responsibilities include processing cash transactions accurately and efficiently, and having in-depth conversations with clients to understand their financial and life priorities, connecting them to suitable financial solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Execute the bank's risk culture and strive for operational excellence.
- Build relationships with clients to meet their financial needs.
- Follow established processes and guidelines to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Partner with experts in small business, lending, and investments to grow business knowledge and network.
- Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively.
- Drive the client experience and manage cash responsibilities.

Desired Qualifications:

- Six months of cash handling experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant Associate’s Degree (e.g., business management, finance).
