East London NHS Foundation Trust's Tower Hamlets Talking Therapies seeks an experienced relational therapist with leadership skills to head the relational therapies pathway. The role blends clinical leadership, professional governance and operational oversight in a high-performing NHS Talking Therapies service.

Formación

• Experience leading a relational therapy pathway within an NHS Talking Therapies service.
• Ability to provide clinical supervision and line management for therapists.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and oversee the delivery and ongoing development of the relational high intensity therapies pathway.
• Provide clinical supervision in at least one relational modality (e.g. DIT, Brief Psychodynamic Therapy, IPT, Integrative Therapy or Systemic Therapy).
• Provide line and case management supervision to a team of High Intensity Therapists, Counsellors and PWPs.
• Support the service leadership team in achieving KPIs and operational objectives.
• Contribute to service developments and interface with other providers.
• Maintain a small clinical caseload delivering high-intensity interventions.
