Consultant: We are recruiting for a Solutions Architect with experience implementing solutions to join one of our Insurance clients on a 6-month contract.

Hybrid - 2 days a week onsite in the London office.

Responsibilities:

1. Business and systems analysis and design skills
2. Enterprise and Solution Architecture skills using industry standard architecture frameworks and methodologies e.g. TOGAF, BCS Enterprise and Solution Architecture approach
3. Strong technical skills in defining systems and technology solution architecture using Microsoft Azure, Microsoft .NET, and Microsoft enterprise platforms and technologies such as Microsoft Entra ID and M365 Services (SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online)
4. Strong technical skills in defining systems and technology solution architecture using Salesforce technologies (e.g., Salesforce Lightning PaaS) and ServiceNow
5. Strong technical skills in enterprise-grade integration architecture including RESTful APIs, file transfer, messaging, web services, and ESB approaches
6. Good understanding of web/digital technologies and their business advantages in managing web-based sales and communication channels
7. Strong documentation, communication (written and verbal), and presentation skills, especially in tailoring messages to senior stakeholders and technical teams

Experience:

1. Experience working in Reinsurance and Broking sectors
2. Experience implementing solutions such as OpenTwins, DXC Assure, or Supercede
3. Understanding of Reinsurance (ACORD GRLC knowledge is desirable)
4. Experience leading large-scale, business-critical transformation projects
5. Knowledge of enterprise-grade CRM (preferably Salesforce), HR, and Finance systems (preferably Workday)
6. Awareness of working in regulated environments e.g., FCA, PRA, GDPR
7. Knowledge of Business Intelligence and Data platform technologies (e.g., Microsoft Fabric, Databricks)
8. Understanding of technology governance standards and best practices including SDLC
9. Familiarity with Enterprise and Solution Architecture frameworks and methodologies (e.g., TOGAF)
