Job Overview:

We seek a highly organized Reinsurance Finance Operations Specialist to manage daily operations, controls, audit, and SII reporting, ensuring accuracy and coordination with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain Reinsurance SOX controls
• Perform control testing and analysis

Audit point of contact:

• Coordinate with internal and external auditors, providing required documents

Maintain Reinsurance documentation:

• Update and create policy documents and flow charts

Solvency II reporting:

• Support financial reporting, quarterly and annual statements
• Complete all S30 forms

Process improvement:

• Contribute to system implementations and operational strategies
• Collaborate to improve operational performance

Stakeholder Coordination:

• Act as liaison between departments
• Provide expertise on controls and SII

Qualifications:

• Finance professional with US GAAP, insurance, and US Statutory experience preferred
• Degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA preferred
• Experience in a global insurance finance role preferred
• Experience with financial controls and testing
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Team player and self-motivated
