Qualifications

Job Overview:

We seek a highly organized Reinsurance Finance Operations Specialist to manage our controls, audit, and SII reporting, ensuring accurate and coordinated operations between stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain Reinsurance SOX controls
• Perform control testing and analysis

Audit Point of Contact:

• Coordinate with internal audit for documentation
• Work with external auditors to collect necessary documents

Reinsurance Documentation:

• Update and create policy documents
• Develop flow charts and diagrams

Solvency II Reporting:

• Support financial reporting, including quarterly and annual statutory statements
• Complete all S30 forms

Process Improvement:

• Contribute to strategic initiatives like financial system implementations
• Collaborate to enhance operational performance
• Perform analyses supporting business growth

Stakeholder Coordination:

• Act as liaison across departments
• Provide expertise on controls and SII

Qualifications:

• Experience in finance, US GAAP, insurance, and US Statutory Principles preferred
• Degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA preferred
• Experience in a global insurance finance role preferred
• Financial controls and testing implementation experience
• Motivated, diligent, and team-oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
