Job summary

Synpulse seeks a Manager/Team Lead for the Centre of Excellence to steer a high‑performing team supporting global reinsurance clients, with a focus on DXC SICS/Assure Reinsurance. You will own delivery of modern implementations and manage configurations, interfaces, and infrastructure tasks.

You will lead client engagements, mentor consultants, and advance best practices across the UK market, driving agile delivery and strong stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree plus is a plus.
• Hands-on with system administration and configurations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with reinsurance clients to understand business and tech strategy and implement solutions.
• Deliver high-quality pragmatic solutions across the reinsurance value chain.
• Lead and mentor team members, coaching to build expertise.
• Present to senior stakeholders to guide key decisions on core system needs.
• Drive design and implementation of in-house tools and upgrades.
