Job summary

Synpulse UK seeks a Manager/Team Lead for Reinsurance Core Systems to lead a high‑performing team delivering complex reinsurance platform solutions for global clients, with focus on SICS/Assure Reinsurance configurations, interfaces, and infra topics.

You will own delivery, mentor consultants, and partner with senior stakeholders to shape architecture, best‑practice patterns, and project success across London markets and the UK insurance space.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees preferred.
Strong experience in reinsurance platforms and core systems.
Proven track record leading Agile delivery and client-facing projects.

Responsibilities

Lead a high-performing team delivering core reinsurance platform solutions.
Partner with senior stakeholders to guide architecture and best-practice patterns.
Manage interfaces, configurations and infrastructure topics for DXC SICS/Assure Reinsurance.
Mentor consultants and develop UK team capabilities across London markets.
Drive delivery excellence, ensuring on-time, high-quality outcomes.
Build trusted relationships with clients and vendors to deliver value.
