This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to developing and structuring innovative risk transfer and capital solutions for our clients (cedents/syndicates/MGAs) and engaging with markets globally to place these structures. Knowledge of Lloyd's is helpful, as is the desire to add, contribute, and learn.

About the Role:
  • Strategic Broking and Advisory - Collaborate with a high-performing team to develop and implement strategic broking projects/reinsurance strategies for clients
  • Market and Business Development - Contribute to proposals, implement go-to-market strategies, and develop business growth initiatives
  • Client-Centric Problem-Solving - Understand client challenges and develop tailored high-impact recommendations
  • Data Analytics and Market Submissions - Collect, analyze, and prepare data for critical client submissions
  • Market Strategy and Broking Execution - Support and contribute to development of market presentations and broking strategies to secure efficient results
  • Portfolio Management and Growth - Facilitate broking and renewal of existing portfolios while identifying and developing new opportunities
  • Contract and Documentation Review - Ensure accuracy in endorsements, info packs, slips to meet regulatory and client standards
  • Building Strong Relationships - Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, reinsurers, and market collaborators
  • Independence and Agility - Take ownership of projects while collaborating with Aon teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Bringing to bear Aon's Global Capabilities - Collaborate with global teams across business lines to enhance Aon's extensive re/insurance and capital advisory expertise
