The successful applicant will provide comprehensive accounting support for both insurance and reinsurance operations, ensuring accurate underwriting data recording, reporting, and analysis that supports the company’s growth objectives.

This role serves as a key link between the operations area and technical underwriting data to support financial reporting, enabling sound decision-making and regulatory compliance while supporting management in delivering high-quality financial services across the business.

Key areas of focus will include financial processing and reconciliation, reporting and analysis, compliance and financial control, cross functional collaboration, and process improvement work.

Applicants will ideally be qualified accountants with experience of both insurance and reinsurance accounting, have working knowledge of insurance and reinsurance concepts, including treaty and facultative arrangements, and knowledge of insurance and reinsurance contract structures and terminology.
