• – You will be managing 3 project managers and will be the go-to person for all issues and queries.
• – You will ensure the day-to-day operations of reinstatement teams are going to plan, from gangs being on time to ensuring materials are available.
• – This role will support the Director of Sector, so you will need to liaise with C-Suite, clients, and highways authorities.
• The perfect candidate would come from a reinstatement background, working in a fast-paced environment, and is looking to use their knowledge of white top & black top reinstatement to help the team become as efficient as possible!
• Due to the nature of the role, you will need to be a great communicator, dealing with all levels and different types of issues.
• You must be commercially aware and know how to run a cost-effective team.
