• You will ensure the daily operations of the reinstatement teams are on track, from punctuality of gangs to availability of materials.
• This role will support the Director of Sector, requiring liaison with C-Suite executives, clients, and highways authorities.
• The ideal candidate will have experience in reinstatement, working in a dynamic environment, and knowledge of white top & black top reinstatement to optimize team efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills are essential for dealing with all levels and diverse issues.
