Job Description

Job Overview:

The Reinstatement Manager oversees all reinstatement activities related to construction and utility works, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and project timelines. Responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders, managing a team of reinstatement operatives, and ensuring work quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Management: Plan, schedule, and oversee reinstatement activities for timely and cost-effective completion. Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, and clients to align on requirements and timelines.
  2. Team Management: Supervise and support a team of reinstatement operatives. Conduct regular meetings to communicate goals, updates, and safety information.
  3. Quality Control: Ensure reinstatement works meet standards and specifications through inspections and audits.
  4. Health and Safety: Implement policies, conduct risk assessments, and ensure team compliance with safety standards.
  5. Stakeholder Management: Liaise with clients, authorities, and stakeholders. Prepare and present progress reports.
  6. Resource Management: Manage resources, monitor project budgets, and control costs.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience in reinstatement management within construction or utilities.
  • Knowledge of reinstatement processes and safety regulations.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools.
  • Valid driving license.

Working Conditions:
