Role Overview

Putting the customer at the heart of everything, you will support the Store Manager in managing the store to maximize profitability through sales, cost management, and delivering our brand. You will create an inspiring atmosphere aligned with our brand and culture, support team development, and ensure high standards are maintained across the store.

Role Responsibilities

  • Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional behavior and maintaining brand integrity.
  • Drive and model customer service standards to exceed expectations.
  • Train, coach, and develop your team, supporting appraisals and performance reviews.
  • Analyze financial data, retail strategies, and local knowledge to maximize sales and support decision-making.
  • Ensure store operates within budget through scheduling, cost control, and productivity.
  • Plan and organize to implement retail plans effectively.
  • Communicate with Head Office to influence stock management.
  • Adhere to procedures related to cash, stock, health and safety, security, and loss prevention.
  • Oversee and execute visual merchandising standards, including sales and seasonal launches.
  • Comply with all policies, legal obligations, and GDPR confidentiality requirements.
  • In the absence of the Store Manager, take responsibilities to ensure continued store success in sales, standards, and team development.
