Job summary

Killelea House is seeking a Support Worker to assist residents on their rehabilitation journey within a multidisciplinary team. The role offers flexible day shifts across a 34.5–40 hour week and a supportive, Outstanding-service environment.

You will provide person-centred care, help with daily living activities, and support residents toward greater independence with empathy and professionalism. Training and ongoing support are provided.

• Providing person-centred care and rehabilitation support
• Assisting individuals with daily living tasks and personal care where required

• Encouraging choice, dignity, and independence
• Working collaboratively with colleagues and health professionals
• Maintaining accurate records and following care plans
• Ensuring a safe, respectful, and supportive environment at all times
