Brainkind in Glasgow is seeking a Rehabilitation Support Worker to provide personalised support to adult residents. You will follow individual plans to help them gain independence in daily living activities, including hygiene, meals, exercise, and social skills.

The role offers varied opportunities to organise art, crafts, sports, gardening, shopping, swimming, college and employment-related activities. You will be part of a supportive team, delivering care with empathy and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate genuine empathy and resilience to support residents through rehabilitation.

• Excellent face-to-face communication and strong literacy.
• Good time management and ability to prioritise workload.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised support following individual plans for adult residents.
• Help residents develop independent living skills (hygiene, meals, exercise, leisure, socialising).
• Coordinate varied activities such as art, crafts, sports, gardening, shopping, swimming, college, employment.
• Support residents to gain skills and confidence to live independently and improve quality of life.
