Job Description:

Rehabilitation Support Worker in Ely, with a salary of up to £13 per hour. Flexible working hours available; this role can be full-time or part-time. No prior experience required as full induction and training are provided. The role involves supporting individuals with brain injuries to regain independence, working alongside a multidisciplinary team. You will follow individual support plans focusing on developing daily living skills, including personal hygiene, meal prep, and community access. You will find great satisfaction in helping clients achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.

About us: Brainkind is a charity dedicated to improving the lives of people with brain injuries across the UK. We provide expert neurorehabilitation in assessment centres, rehabilitation units, and hospitals, supporting recovery from various brain injuries. Our team is passionate, collaborative, and committed to making a difference.

The Role: Based at Fen House, Ely, supporting up to 25 individuals with acquired brain injuries in a community setting. You will work with therapists to help clients achieve personal goals, focusing on independence in daily activities. Full training will be provided to support personalized care.
