Rehabilitation Support Worker - £1000 Welcome Bonus (Subject to T&C)
Location: Broadbridge Heath/Horsham/Slinfold
Salary: Up to £13 per hour plus £1 location allowance
Hours: Part-time and full-time work available. Shifts are on a rotational basis, including weekends. Shift times: 7:45am-2:45pm and 2:45pm-9:45pm.
Kerwin Court provides neurorehabilitation for adults with acquired brain injuries in a community setting outside Broadbridge Heath. You will work with a team of rehabilitation support workers and a multidisciplinary team including occupational therapists, physiotherapists, psychologists, and speech and language therapists. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality care and rehabilitation, aiming to help our service users become as independent as possible and achieve their goals.
No prior experience in care is required; enthusiasm and a passion for helping others are enough. Full training and support will be provided to help you support brain injury rehabilitation, focusing on encouraging and guiding individuals to regain independence in daily living skills.
