Qualifications

• Essentials: effective communication and teamwork within multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficient English literacy and ability to document care clearly.
• Foundation Degree Nursing Associate; NMC registration; GCSEs as minimum entry requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, evaluate and take responsibility for nursing care of ward patients.
• Facilitate and support patients and families throughout their pathway from admission to discharge.
• Promote patient-centered care and work within the MDT to deliver 24/7 rehabilitation.
