A leading UK charity is seeking a dedicated Rehabilitation Music Therapist to join its Psychological Therapies Team. This is a unique opportunity to work with children and young people with acquired brain injuries, using music therapy to support their rehabilitation journey.
As a Music Therapist in this vital role, you will:
Deliver evidence-based music therapy tailored to children and young people
Conduct specialist assessments and contribute to therapy planning
Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team
Involve families in therapeutic processes
Maintain clear clinical documentation and participate in audits
You will be joining a respected charity that provides holistic rehabilitation, education, and medical care in partnership with the NHS and local authorities.
What we’re looking for:
HCPC-registered Music Therapist with a Master’s degree in Music Therapy
Minimum two years' post-qualification experience
Strong background working with children with complex needs
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Understanding of music therapy techniques for brain injury rehabilitation
