Due to progression, we have a fantastic part-time Band 3 Rehabilitation Assistant opportunity (30 hours). We offer flexible working arrangements to support work-life balance and personal needs.
The role is based within Oake Meadows, a care home team within walking distance of Taunton city centre. Our ethos is to enable individuals to be as independent as possible.
We support individuals' ongoing rehabilitation and post-discharge needs from the acute hospital, assisting them through subsequent stages of their journey into their home environment. This role collaborates with ongoing services to help individuals maximize their potential in all aspects of occupations meaningful to them.
Join our friendly therapy team, which includes Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, and Rehabilitation Assistants, alongside the wider MDT of Discharge Facilitators, Older Persons Mental Health staff, Adult Social Care, and care home staff, to gain invaluable community and rehabilitation skills.
