The Rehabilitation Assistant assists with specific therapeutic duties and the implementation of patient rehabilitation programmes, planned and supervised by a fractured neck of femur advanced nurse practitioner or qualified therapist. The post holder will be expected to complete relevant competency programmes for physiotherapy and occupational therapy to enable them to fulfill this role. Administrative duties such as data inputting for national audits are also expected.
