Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity in a newly focused Residential Intermediate Care Service in Blackpool, supporting individuals to improve and maintain their independence at home.

Our goal is to provide support and rehabilitation to adults in a safe environment, helping them regain skills for daily activities, with the support of a dedicated staff team.

Candidate Profile

We seek dynamic, motivated individuals to join our established team as Casual Rehabilitation Support Workers. The role involves supporting individuals to maintain their health and social care needs through a person-centered approach.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will work flexibly to cover annual leave and sickness, ensuring the service maintains safe staffing levels, based on their availability.
