Job Description:

Rehabilitation and/or Catastrophic Injuries Case Manager – HCPC / SWE / NMC

Home-based with travel

Associate rates: up to £70/hour depending on experience

*Must have experience working as a Case Manager*

This role is with a well-established national provider of case management and expert witness services, seeking experienced Case Managers across the UK. The role involves managing cases for children and/or adults with complex rehabilitation needs or life-changing injuries, including traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and other serious conditions.

The position is home-based, with travel to clients, families, solicitors, and care teams within your geographical area. For minor injury cases, assessments may be conducted via phone or video call.

Contracts Available:

Both employed and associate contracts are available, requiring a minimum of 3 days/week.

Salaries/Rates:
  • Up to £70/hour for Associate Case Managers
  • Experience in NHS Spinal Centres or medico-legal sectors preferred
  • Qualifications: Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Speech & Language Therapist, Social Worker, Sports Therapist, or Social Worker
  • Current registration with HCPC, SWE, or NMC
  • UK driving license and own car required
Location:

Home-based with travel as needed; client locations depend on your home location, specialization, and referrals, ideally within 2 hours of your residence.

Interview Process:

Two-stage process:

  • Informal phone/Teams call with the Managing Director or Operations Manager
  • Formal interview with two Operations Managers, including competency questions and a case study
