Job summary

Pontoon in Leeds is seeking a Senior Risk & Controls Delivery Manager to lead technology and digital change initiatives driven by audit findings and regulatory commitments. You will translate requirements into delivery plans and manage cross-functional teams to ensure timely, compliant outcomes.

The role is based in Leeds with a requirement for on-site presence; you will engage with senior stakeholders across Technology, Risk, Control, Compliance and Audit to deliver sustainable remediation

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading technology and digital delivery within a large, complex organisation.
• Strong track record of successfully delivering technology change, remediation or regulatory-driven programmes.
• Experience managing delivery across multiple technology teams, platforms, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Experience translating audit and regulatory requirements into delivery outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of technology and digital initiatives arising from audit findings and regulatory commitments.
• Own and drive delivery plans across multiple technology workstreams with scope, timelines and quality control.
• Translate audit, regulatory, risk and control requirements into clear technology outcomes.
• Collaborate with Technology and Business teams to define scope and priorities for sustainable solutions.
• Coordinate delivery across platforms, teams, suppliers and third parties.
• Provide delivery leadership with accountability across workstreams and governance forums.
