Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of technology and digital initiatives arising from audit findings, regulatory commitments, risk remediation and control requirements.
• Own and drive delivery plans across multiple technology workstreams, ensuring scope, timelines and quality.
• Translate audit, regulatory, risk and control requirements into clear delivery outcomes.
• Collaborate with Technology and Business teams to define scope and priorities for sustainable solutions.
• Coordinate delivery across platforms, teams, suppliers and third parties.
• Manage integrated delivery plans, milestones, risks and dependencies.
• Provide delivery leadership and accountability across workstreams.
• Identify delivery risks and escalate appropriately.
• Coordinate responses with Audit, Risk, Compliance and Regulatory teams.
• Report delivery progress to senior stakeholders and governance forums.
• Lead delivery governance across initiatives and ensure action tracking and escalation.
