Job description

In this temporary role, you support the compliance of our raw materials with appropriate regulations, gather various data, information, and conformity declarations, and serve as a regulatory resource to internal customers. In this responsible position, you work closely with national and international colleagues.

What you'll do:

1. Gather raw material technical information from suppliers while building effective working relationships.
2. Provide raw material documentation to external agencies, including Kosher/Halal/non-GMO, and add it into our global TraceGains repository.
3. Import current raw material documents into our product lifecycle management system, Devex.
4. Support the efficient approval of urgent raw material introductions by actively communicating open tasks with approvers.
5. Adhere to regulatory procedures to assure compliance with our policies.
6. Be responsible for accurate and timely raw material data entry into our systems.

What you'll bring:

1. Good written and verbal skills.
2. Interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with a variety of internal and external contacts.
3. Attention to detail is essential.

6. Experience in food ingredient raw materials would be an advantage.
