Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a Brand Technical Equity leader to drive framework development and provide regulatory consultancy across global brands. You will shape standards and deliver training while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will oversee manuals, ensure compliance, and partner with production sites and external partners to protect brand integrity and consumer trust.

Qualifications

• Degree in Food Science, Science or related technical discipline preferred.
• Equivalent relevant experience also acceptable.
• Experience in food, beverage or alcoholic drinks industry beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and continuous improvement of the Brand Technical Equity Framework.
• Act as the subject matter expert for Brand Technical Equity.
• Provide technical consultancy and regulatory guidance to internal teams, production sites and third-party operations.
• Develop and maintain Brand Technical Manuals defining production standards for global brands.
• Manage the central Brand Technical Manual portal across more than 80 global production sites.
• Own technical standards and governance processes.
• Monitor compliance, analyse performance data and report on key performance indicators.
• Partner with Global Brand Teams, Technical functions, Procurement and external partners.
• Deliver training and capability-building initiatives.
• Improve systems, processes and tools supporting efficiency, data quality and compliance.
• Provide technical support and risk-based regulatory advice while protecting brand integrity and consumer trust.

Requirements

• Experience within a technical support function in the food, beverage or alcoholic drinks industry
• A degree in Food Science, Science or a related technical discipline is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience
• Knowledge of liquid formulations and product development
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote and cross-functional teams
• Strong commercial awareness with excellent communication and influencing skills
• Ability to build effective relationships with internal stakeholders, third-party suppliers and customers
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes and how they support quality and regulatory compliance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
