Qualifications

• 3+ years in regulatory compliance role.
• 2+ years regulatory experience with chemical products (REACH/CLP).
• Own a car and hold a clean driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of product regulatory compliance and monitor adherence to regulations.
• Serve as official company representative for product regulatory compliance.
• Advise on product activities including composition, packaging, labeling and marketing.
• Draft external documents and communications.
• Build and maintain relationships with external consultants and regulators.

The Regulatory Product Compliance Officer position will be based at the company's site near Stevenage.

The Role:

• Taking full ownership of product regulatory compliance, establishing, monitoring and adhering to product regulations.
• Official company representative for product regulatory compliance, .
• Advising on product related activities including sourcing and development such as composition, packaging, labelling and marketing.
• Authoring external documents and communications.
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with external consultants and regulators.

Your Background:

• At least 3 years working in a regulatory compliance role.
• At least 2 years of regulatory experience with chemical products, including REACH and CLP regulations.
• Own a car and have a clean driving licence.
