Job Description:

This Top 50 National law firm is seeking to recruit a Regulatory Solicitor to join the growing Business Crime and Regulatory team in Nottingham. This team is recognized as one of the country's leading teams in this area of law and regularly handles high-profile cases.

The team covers the full spectrum of regulatory work, both contentious and non-contentious, including defending serious workplace incident criminal cases, alleged environmental offences, representing clients at inquests and inquiries, and providing advisory services on areas such as food law, product regulation, and advertising/marketing.

The ideal candidate will be:

• 5+ PQE
• A regulatory lawyer with experience in Health & Safety, Environmental law, Food Safety, Inquests, and Product Liability/recall.
• Experience gained in Private Practice or in-house roles is welcome.
• Ambitious and driven, seeking to develop their practice.
